Peter Agyagos aka DJ Cobra is the premier European trance composer from Slovakia.

Born 1978 in Kosice, Slovakia; Cobra found his interest in music in the early 90's. It was a period which the dance music scene was developing a sort of a new style called Dancefloor, which later on evolved into euro-dance.

DJ Cobra states, "Initially, I actually didn’t listen to dance music a lot. But when I discovered this new Dancefloor style, I was impressed and was thinking. Now this is great dance music!"

Throughout the 90's, Cobra began writing and producing his own style later known as commercial trance.

But it wasn’t until about 1999 when the Internet became a great marketing tool discovery for Cobra which ultimately gave him an outlet to introduce his releases to the masses and as a result becoming a renowned trance producer globally ranking him early in his career on the top of the charts of mp3.com, traxinspace.com, beatmaka.com, soundclick.com, amongst many others.

Shortly thereafter Cobra was approached for his remixes from legendary German label ZYX Records and leading worldwide importer/exporter record label CAPP Records. Initially contracted to produce for their in-house artists; Cobra’s style became very diverse depending on the projects needs and artists expectations. His remixes ranged anywhere from commercial dance & techno to Cobra’s signature style trance format.

Many have referred to Cobra’s own sound as a massive epic-trance sound that rains down on the club dance floor. An exceptional expert precision within Cobra’s dynamic production style that draws in a variety of elements, both electronic and acoustic, crafting each track with sheer intensity. This is the sound of DJ Cobra.

In August 2005, Peter finished his track called "M.O.N.I" which got very positive feedback from various A&Rs and DJs worldwide. This track was remixed by more than 40 producers in "Remix Contest" ran by DJ Cobra and CAPP Records. Best 5 remixes were included on a Maxi CD "M.O.N.I" which was released (December 2005) in all major digital stores starting with Apple iTunes. And the story continues....
